sucked because the lowest paid positions in the company is a yard agent and receiver, yet you have to be outside in all weather conditions. yard co workers were alright. Had a lot of lazy ones, so more stress and the workload was put on the other agents and receivers. Management didn't do anything to the lazy ones, they didn't care as long the work got done (they didn't care how). Management didn't manage or lead, they just played favorites and weren't there a lot (always leaving or taking vacations). The office was full of drama like high school but worse. The benefits suck and cost too much. There is absolutely no training and if you mess up, it's your fault. They say they are about promoting from within but are all about holding people back unless you are a brown noser and kiss butt, then you get whatever you want.
advice to CEO: Get better managers who actually have experience and who actually can lead and do work. Get better training for employees. get more days off at Christmas and not just Christmas day.
The company has a high turnover rate, mostly because of managers.
The rollback companies Copart hires are the absolute worse drivers and companies.
drama, lazy co workers, benefits, management, weather (heat, snow, rain, cold)
