I start the shift by greeting all members of the team, as i am skilled in all areas i check with the management what they would like me to do for the day. I am usually involved in helping my team serve as many customers as they can during the high demand hours. The hardest part of my job is having to deal with daily cash reconcilation. We are a highly profitable restaurant and i am in charge of cashing up all employees tills at the end of their shift, as well as making sure the correct amount of profit is recorded each day and put away for colection. If there is an error in any recording this can mean often staying over time untill i can find the issue.The most enjoyable part of my job is the positive atmosphere and the satisfaction of pleasing others.
