When i initially started at Tesco the bonuses and were great. As the years have passed its become more difficult to do the same job with budget cuts. They took away deputy manager progression last year and now team leaders are stagnating being stuck in the same role with no progression unless you cross formats and the competition for those roles is extremely high. As for working for the company, they're good to their staff. You get some bonuses for hitting a yearly target and some shares. The store manager looks after you in the smaller format. Tesco also double your pension contribution up to a small percentage.
