Managing a high volume pipeline of approximately $10 million a month in mortgage refinances I learned to prioritize my workday to make sure deadlines were met and rate locks were not extended. Management was also learning with us on new policies and procedures implemented for the benefit and protection of the clients. The hardest part of the job was trying to obtain documentation from clients who were out of the country during the refinance process. Most enjoyable part was beating the deadlines set forth by the mortgage banker and having a satisfied client.
