Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Support Staff at Helping Hands
Good company, friendly and a phone call away
Support Worker (Current Employee) – Prudhoe, Northumberland – 26 April 2017
Good company good pay a phone call away when you can get to speak to who u need, cant always get the hours you were promised and rotas are late out and sometimes not recived. No food contribution when doing 24hr shifts
Good hourly wage
Late rotas no hours spend alot of own money when out on food
the training was very good and thorough, I was able to advance my skills and qualifications. however, they were not concerned about ensuring these new skills were put in to practice with their employees and service users. I had many concerns I raised with management but nothing was done about it. I could not continue working with a company that did not hold up it's duty of care.
