Employee empowerment is high
Store Manager (Former Employee) – reading – 15 November 2018
Great place to work. Good salary and benefits. Good high management. Treated with utmost respect. Excellent support from HR. I spent the best time in my life while doing this job, I was given all the training and support that helped me excel in my job. I gained a lot of experience in this job and it has giving me a different view towards retail and the amount of emphasis on customer service.
Store Manager (Current Employee) – Leicester, Leicestershire – 13 August 2018
Good company to work for, benefits are okay. Once at a store manager level its hard to develop and progress from that onwards. Service driven culture and very positive. Customer assistants looked after and supportinve management teams.
Flexible, service driven, pension scheme, share schemes
Demanding, missing the element of planning resulting in things being dropped on you last minute
