Good structure for junior management to progress

Review of previous day trade, review of replenishment order done by team before this is sent, daily team brief with on any campaigns starting , current performance, task for the day, review of service results, any other business requirements.
Floorwalks with the department managers daily to review setup for trade and any performance issues or opportunities to increase trade etc.
Interaction with the team is the most enjoyable part of my day.
