Most of my work with this company was in hospitals. I usually oversee the tray line to ensure that the patients are properly fed. I also round on the floors to ensure patient satisfaction. In addition, I prepare and help distribute "spirit lifters" for the patients so they can be included in events going on outside the hospital (i.e. holidays, sporting events, etc.). My coworkers are team players and help get the job done, even if they have to deliver the food trays themselves. The hardest part of the job is sometimes balancing the business needs with the needs of the staff. The best part of the job is the staff who is willing to work and can accept change.
Great benefits, free food
A sometime lack of communication
