I am an immaculately presented individual with 26 years of motor industry knowledge, which I would bring to your Organisation.
In my role as a Service Advisor for Mercedes Benz I am responsible for the Service Advisory to Passenger car and Prestige customers. Reporting directly to After Service manager ensuring workshop productivity, efficiency & sales of hours achieved preparing daily work sheets for our expected customers. Dealing with our service customer by meeting those when dropping their vehicles for service, ascertaining their full requirements and managing our customer’s vehicles throughout the day ensuring deadline are met by allocating work to the technician’s in an efficient manner. Keeping customers updated throughout the day on the progress of their vehicles, advising them and up selling any additional work that may be required. Carrying out the preparation of final invoices and itemising any outstanding issues. Meeting customer upon collection of their vehicles explaining the work carried out, presenting their invoices, ensuring that they are completely satisfied and taking payment before escorting all customers to their vehicles.
Customer CSI is an integral part of my role where I maintained a high CSI score level for the brand.
Using the Kerridge Autoline & (V8) System to raise job cards, workshop loading, order parts and subcontractors.
Up-selling of products such as tyres, service plans and any red or amber items identified on the Vehicle Health Report
Gaining authorisations to carry out work on behalf of customers and insurance companies.
Explaining technical repair/fault diagnostic information to customers and insurance engineers.
I was required to manage Warranty repairs that were at high complaint levels direct from the manufacturer. I had to liaise with Passenger Cars and Commercial Sales, the Accounts and Warranty Depts. to ensure these complaints were dealt with quickly and correctly.
I am also fully experienced with Coopers Vehicle hire and Dealer Car Management System.
