Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Senior Auditor at KPMG
Great place to work but...
Audit Senior (Former Employee) – Luxembourg – 11 August 2017
KPMG like any of the big four is a great place to start your career but you'll find yourself working about 50-55 hours a week in the first few years and this only increases over time. The pay is good and the working environment is good however, the office will become your home.
Salary, benefits, working for a market leading organisation
Senior Manager, Audit (Current Employee) – Washington, DC – 25 July 2018
Work/life balance is difficult at the senior level, but is much better at the manager level. The biggest hurdle I've faced has been high turnover of senior associates, and the firm not being able to replace them quickly enough, or with sufficient resources.
Opportunity to advance, compensation, CPE availability
