Principal duties would include :
Dealing with day-to-day issues will collections/deliveries from both our drivers and customers.
Debreif of drivers, roster complilation, training and development reviews (TDRs).
Visiting new customer premises to conduct risk assessments, and visiting existing customers to conduct performance reviews.
Transport legislation compliance for drivers, WTD, Tachos, etc.
travelling to meet customers at sites, no two days the same
long hours plus out of office calls in evenings/weekends
