The Day is stated by an 8:30 meeting where we review yesterday's business as well as go over any working deals. We then review where the team is tracking their monthly objective, and what we need to accomplish to get them there.
We then walk our lot to refresh all Salesmen with New inventory and what cars may be aging, so we can concentrate on moving these units.
The day then follows with the Sales Manager on Duty going over all of the write ups from the last few days. We then go through the Daily Log in our CRM and call customer to rehash or bring them in for the first.
The day ends with all Managers meeting to review all Monthly goals within all departments, and what is needed to reach them.
Oh yea, We also will Sell Cars between all of this!!!!!
