Customer service call centers are not actually Argos employees but a third party company who follow a script. Stores are left to deal with customers who have been given the wrong information by these contact centers.
The only benefit of working for 'Sainsburys' Argos is 10% discount, for the employee only. All other benefits or rewards have been removed.
