Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Sales Assistant at IKEA
Great benefits but no freedom
Sales assistant (Current Employee) – London, Greater London – 2 March 2018
Great salary and benefits, however, no freedom as contracted to weekends. Staff discount is only 15%, and management don't take into consideration that more than one uniform must be given to part timers, for hygienic reasons.
Great environment to work in, surrounded by lovely co workers who push and motivate one another.
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 6 December 2017
Great place to work because I really enjoyed my time at Ikea; the people I was working with who made it easier for myself, at times it never felt like work at all, rather a place where I got paid to work with friends but overall a great place to work and don’t regret anything about it.
Free lunches when the store was busy, bonus at the end of each year.
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) – Birmingham – 19 July 2017
IKEA gives many young and experienced retail workers experience in that sector, however for me, there is not currently enough working hours going around, therefore I would like to branch out in a different career.
