This is a good company if you become a general manager. Pay below this position is not as competitive as other similar jobs. It can be fun but is definitely hard work. You will be asked to sign contract to opt out of 48 hour week, which then means you may work more than this. If you are successful you will get good bonus. But beware, as you are expected to find information for yourself and plan your own training. Don't expect a welcome wagon when you start. Just get your head down immediatley.
