Senior management look after themselves. They all have salaries of over £100k yet their employees are all massively underpaid. So many have left the business to find a similar job nearby for 50% more money.
Staff turnover doesn't bother them, they won't bother replacing lost staff, they'd rather make the rest of the team work even harder and for even longer hours.
Their incompetence is public knowledge, just look at their recent drop in share price due to their incapability to manage.
No benefits, minimum holiday, minimum sick leave.
Full of empty promises - they encourage you to develop yourself but try their best to get out of paying for any training or qualifications
Despite the terrible management, employees are still great to work with
All managers micro-manage and there is a fear culture
