Target crazy, cares more about money than customers

Management doesn't take care of staff, only their inner cliques, pharmacy was a mess and no one helped to fix the mess they made, expected us to fix it within ourselves with no training or help. Seriously frustrating as they would bang on about achieving targets and nag us about incomplete things when it wasn't our duty. No benefits at all of doing a lot of extra work, not even a well done. Would come a over to nag some more about duties we weren't aware of. Honestly if they chilled out from being so money obsessed and focused on fixing up it would be a much better place to work. Hours would also be cut abruptly and unfairly distributed.
