A busy and happy/friendly place to work
Personnel Clerk/Training Co-Ordinator (Current Employee) – Cannock, ENG – 26 June 2015
a typical day at work involves issuing exceptions to managers and section leaders, reporting any sickness, booking holidays, implementing training, maintaining colleagues' personal, training and sickness files.
I learned a wide range of new computer skills e.g spreadsheets and powerpoint and am conversant with both.
I have built excellent relationships both managers and colleagues and indeed, we all socialise regularly outside of work.
I think the hardest part of the job is the need to work weekends, bank holidays and Christmas.
The most enjoyable part of the job is being given a free hand to create posters for colleague communication - I call these my "Blue Peter" days!
Celebration lunches, benefits, development
Weekend/Bank Holiday and Christmas working. Poor salary.
