Very demanding, not so rewarding

As a Personal Banker I was required to know basically all the Company modus operandi, to reach my individual target, to refer clients to other parts of the Business (mortgage, investments, premier, etc), and to train newer colleagues.
Lately the company would keep on adding different target on a weekly basis, still keeping old ones and raising their levels.
In the end it felt more like a salesman position than a Customer Service one.
