Premier Inn was a good experience growing within the organisation managing different sites and people. Occasionally you can be micro-managed but it depends who your manager is. You get to learn a lot from KPIs and P&Ls. Managing people. Courses are also available to progress further. Great opportunities for young, willing people to progress.
