No two days were the same when working here. My working days were spent in various locations up and down the country, working with some fabulous people in management and frontline roles in front of customers. Time was your own to manage, but the pressure of the role on occasion meant that a true work life balance was difficult to achieve.
The company culture was one of putting the customer first and developing staff to be the best that they can be.
