Prepare to be disappointed and disillusioned......
Manager (Current Employee) – Wiltshire – 15 February 2018
This is a workplace undergoing much change, with more of this likely in the future. It depends what you expect from the job as to how satisfied you will be to work there. If you are looking for a small part-time job to fit in with your lifestyle, because you are a student, a parent, or perhaps retired, you may well find that it fits the bill completely. If you are looking for a full-time career with the opportunity to progress quickly and to have your hard work, effort, and commitment fairly rewarded and remunerated, you may well be disappointed. The company is not a level playing field, and even though you may be promised the opportunity to 'get on', you may find this frustratingly more difficult than you are led to believe. If you happen to be working for the wrong person, progress may well be virtually impossible. The range of benefits enjoyed previously by company colleagues are also a pale shadow of what was available in the past, meaning that there is now very little incentive to stay long-term.
