The Post office is a company that is very behind the times, they have none or very little career advancements in place, and generally cut jobs on a regular basis. It is a company that is clearly struggling to maintain its customer satisfaction image and instead now prides itself on obtaining customer details to promote its own sales and financial products, often using methods that would contain the customers information in order to give them a product that they never wanted.
The customer experience in my opinion has vastly deteriorated over the year and instead of getting a professional environment, people are subjected to harrowing conversations about the daunting implications of life, in order for them to obtain life insurance sales, this therefore does not promote a positive customer experience and throughout the years I have noticed a steady decline in customers and footfall in general. The post office is slowly destroying its own image.
