i love this position
going into work opening the store to close, you manage the staff on fill shift and the till shift giving praise and support helping merchandising.
the till staff are brilliant very confidant in their role they know if they need anything they can call management and the support it there for them.
Customers are a big part of the store so the customer service giving is all way to a brilliant standard a lot of staff have Wow badges for their customer service which pushes them to keep striving to make the company better and for the customers to know the staff are approachable.
this role is based on teaching and training and also managing the store with other management the team are always positive and there ready to make the experience of home bargains a easy and eye catching enjoyable one.
If i had to say there was one part of the job that is the hardest part of the job is rushing around when you have million things to do as the store gets busier throughout the day, but if you prioritize what your doing then it comes easily without a struggle
i find the most enjoyable part of my job is seeing the satisfaction the staff get after they have fulfilled there jobs when the shop is looking full and stocks ( fill shift) and the customers leaving happy and coming back knowing the staff are approachable (till shift)
