The people I directly work with are fine. I can manage working with them. The upper management is like a clogged toilet that has been left for over a week. They encourage you to throw your coworkers under the bus. Snitches seem to get prizes in this company. We go through multiple workers a week because of so much management absurdity. If your group becomes understaffed then you have to do more than what is humanly possible to complete in the time frame given. If you try to rush so you can get everything done then you get written up because it's not clean enough. If you clean how they want you don't get as far and you still get written up. They don't give you the right chemicals or enough time to fight the "black substance" that is mold.
There's so much favoritism and drama. Everyone just yells at each other until someone gets sick of it and leaves. It's a completely toxic environment. If you can stick around after the probation period there isn't that much advancement. Perhaps 2 or 3 steps up and that's it. You can't even try to get an office position once you're a janitor, at least not in the same location. They promise raises, but most workers don't even get them. You're paid so little with the promises of "benefits" and your pay being "raised" after 90 days. It's just raised so they can take it away and more to pay for said benefits. There mandatory overtime if you don't volunteer and some employees have other jobs or kids, so working overtime is not possible for them. The company doesn't care and continues to mandate such employees.
Don't bother applying to this company unless you just need something temporary. They don't treat you as human.
