I don't think the way they throw you into the job at the deep end is very good. Not alot of training given, it's like you go with such and such, they'll show you the ropes! It's managements job to let us know stuff but they're usually busy elsewhere. So the job never gets done propery. I actually used to lovemy job but since we near enough turned it into a taybarns it's become like a cattle market.... Very strenous, physically demanding and emotionally draining work for the little amount you get paid. I dont think anyone realises how hard it is unless you are in this kind of busines. Hours not good either. Mine got less and less. . I asked for more hours repeatedly, here i was wanting , needing and willing to do the hours. I decide to finish, hand in my notice, amonth later, they're advertising for staff at 35+ hours!! I don't really miss those long 12-9's tho tbh . . Overall, give or take the disorganisation, you do make some pretty awesome lifelong friends and meet some really nice pleasant customers. Plenty of tips if you treat them right.
