The benefits are great and get some great people to work with. Ikea are very flexible with shifts and understand other commitments (college, uni, school). Manegment is god awful though, do not care for their staff.

great company to work for, really good pay and benefits. good team work, managers listen to co-workers, I enjoy meeting new people. can be stressful when busy but it is still a good place to work. and managers thank you for your hard work.
