I've worked at Bupa for around 8 months in total, 2 months in 2014 (June - July) and since June 2015 to Present.
There is a very strict routine, where you need to keep to time schedules as falling behind usually means that everyone else lags behind as well.
My co workers were easy to get on with, as well as my Boss (The Chef), with management that appreciated feedback.
That hardest part of the job was keeping to the Schedule, as many of the Jobs required extensive time with a short period.
It was fun, however, getting to know those that lived there. Knowing their orders and what they liked was also nice, because it added a depth to the relationship between us.
