Alot better than the Former Company, still building clientele as XPO.
City p&d flex driver (Former Employee) – Jacksonville, FL – 29 May 2018
I know it was slow, i begged for a 40hr week which only happened during my 3 week training period at a reduced training salary.
I really didn't want to leave as i tried for 2yrs to get hired on,but after being trained, my days/hours were cut so BAD i had to make a change.
The Friday i left(8th week), i only worked 1day that week consisting a 14.5 hour day.
I could no longer afford to work at XPO.
Mangement,Dispatch,Co-workers were All Great people to work with.
I've been in LTL/Logistics 29yrs (23yrs as a Safe Driver-no tix's or Chargable Accidents)
No Work is the Only reason i left, unable to survive as a New employee with No benefits and probationary pay.
Mangenent, Co-workers, Good Equipment
No Work, Low hours, unable to survive on 15hr weeks
