Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Customer Service Team Lead at IKEA
fun place to work, poor life balance
Customer Relations Team Leader (Current Employee) – Coventry – 27 March 2015
I enjoyed working at IKEA and had great opportunities of advancement. The people are great and the values of the company are good. However the salary and worklife balance for the work you have to do its not very high.
Customer Service - Frontline Team Lead (Former Employee) – Burbank, CA – 1 August 2013
This is a typical retail business. It has great benefits and good pay. High volume with high stress. Most of the stress is due to customers not understanding how to shop at IKEA. The concept is a self serving store where the customer goes and gets the merchandise they are looking for with little or no associate assistance. This concept is hard and we for customer in the USA. But all in all if you can take the stress the coworkers are excellent and there are always opportunities to move up. They very much like promoting from with in when ever possible.
