Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Customer Service Team Lead at IKEA
fun place to work, poor life balance
Customer Relations Team Leader (Current Employee) – Coventry – 27 March 2015
I enjoyed working at IKEA and had great opportunities of advancement. The people are great and the values of the company are good. However the salary and worklife balance for the work you have to do its not very high.
Customer Service Team Member (Current Employee) – Tempe, AZ – 12 October 2017
Ikea is going through changes that I do not agree with, they do give a lot of benefits but pay isn't very good. I get paid around $11, and before minimum wage went up that was really good but now its just not liveable.
