A typical day at work would be to receive in bound calls from customers wanting to leave BT who are looking to go to another service provider for a better deal or some extra benefits or are having a bad experience with BT at this time. My role was to prevent customers from leaving with better deals, reminding them of the benefits of being with BT and giving them a good customer service experience.
Management was very good in motivating the team and also one to one coaching to see where you could improve and give any help and advice.
We worked well as a team by giving support to one another through out our day to day tasks.
The most enjoyable part of the job was reaching the targets that were asked for and making the extra bonus for the end of the month.
