Constantly changing management

Although the salary is probably above average for the role, the company is no different to every other call centre I've worked in. Management constantly change, no salary increase for promotion (no, really!), employ anybody during busy times i.e Xmas, then desperately looking to reduce workforce in the New Year. Training is actually very good, it's once you are in team that things deteriorate. Strangest annual leave request system I have ever seen, shifts that change overnight, and complete disenchantment from most employees.
