My overall experience with Mercedes-Benz Financial services is positive, but I am interested in improvement. I work hard to provide a good customer experience, but this isn't always possible every call. Services don't work, management is always absent, the schedule changes with little to no notice, and lastly the benefits for working for a mutli-million dollar company are little to none. I don't really have a problem with the work. I'm good with my job, and try to push myself everyday to succeed. I enjoy my team, and we constantly mix in fun with work to make work enjoyable on the rush hour periods. In all I need improvement, and im willing to pursue any opportunity.
Friendly staff, good enviroment, job security.
Poor scheduling, poor management, and lousy benefits.
