Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Customer Service Representative at Marks and Spencer
Temporary Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee) – Ayr, South Ayrshire – 28 February 2018
I was very comfortable working in M&S. Even if I was struggling with something, I knew someone would be happy to help me. We were given a day training induction where we learned about the tills, job benefits, alcohol sale and how to deal with certain kinds of customers.

I really enjoyed my time as a Christmas Temporary at Marks and Spencer. The staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I hope to join next Christmas as a Temporary in addition to my weekly job. I would highly recommend, salary and benefits are a very big positive when joining this company!
