Working in the showroom is quite fast paced, not boring and just really busy.
The hours can be quite long and if you don't have a decent manger your rota can be all over the place.
They hourly pay is decent compared to other companies however the pay system can be annoying so you have to check your pay every month .
The team is good and my management towards me seems to be quite pleasant, however not all my colleagues may agree with me. Every manager has there own style of work.
Everyday is definitely not the same, but they do have many departments so you can branch out to other areas of work.
Overall the culture of the workplace has good values but again that's an individual thing.
My experience would be a 8.5/10 I think favouritism lies within the workplace so that's a bit off putting. Apart from that I enjoy my job role and what it entails.
cheap lunch, %discount of products, uniform, chances of progression, 6wk holiday allowance
long hour shifts, dodgy pay sometimes
