Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Customer Service Representative at Argos
Great if you’re over 21.
Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) – Aberdeen, Aberdeen City – 7 March 2018
It’s a great job at times. A lot of pressure to upsell certain products, like the store card, which can be stressful. The wage isn’t great if you’re under the age of 21. Good part time job but wouldn’t recommend full time.
Average holiday pay, Incentives, Discount
Low pay, Not enough hours, Too many temporary staff
Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee) – Winchester – 22 February 2018

Customer Service (Former Employee) – London – 27 January 2018
Overall the experience was good. Not for the faint-hearted, as the job requires you to move around alot because locating items using the talkman system can be daunting especially if the items has been placed in the wrong place.
