Extremely productive and going an extra mile on daily basis. Solving problems for both clients and officers daily. Perseverance and understanding cultural ethics. The most hardest part is when you really tried to help on time but fail because of company processes. The most enjoyable part is when you get a compliment from either a client or co-workers. The word " thank you very much Mr Phiri" always brought a broad smile on my face and made me to do more!
