the job itself is good and the management of the company help you do get he best of yourself. the pay however is very poor for what is expected although you don't get paid extra you are expected to hit kpi targets and are managed on these.

The store I worked in was a close knit store where everybody looked out for each other for the most part. Lots of support for one another. It was generally a good place to work with lots of rapport between staff and a willingness to dig in and work hard during difficult periods.
