Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Customer Service Associate / Cashier at Nando's
Fun work place
Cashier/Customer Service Assistant (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 3 May 2017
I enjoyed working here & I still would but it's very hard to balance working in Nandos & your home life especially if you have a child. It's very hygienic & the staff are extremely nice, friendly and supportive. The manager j had was extremely helpful as well.
Call you for free trial( to make you foolish) when staff is on holidays
Cashier/Customer Service (Former Employee) – Mile End East – 9 August 2016
Remember!!! if they donot pay you for trial...even if u have heard that some people got job after free trial somewhere...but don't get cheated.
these peoples are doing the same...when there staff is on holidays in august or when during the year for any reasons their staff is less..they call you for free trial to take advantage and to give you any reason afterwards that u didnot performed as expected....however you must know you did very well as you must have some experience as well.
how they are wrong?
because they will call you for free trial between 4 to five hours however legally free trial should not last more than 2 hours.
i gave trial in domino's pizza and they paid my trial hours...any good company will take paid trial excepts cheaters. so be carefull if they ask you to come for 4 hours or call you for two but try to take more time...be sure u r getting cheated by them.THEY JUST TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR WISH TO GET A JOB QUICKLY.
they have already taken advantage of several persons and will continue to make us foolish unless we get wise by ourselves. so doing free trial means u r serving for nothing and getting cheated by them.
go for paid trial ...don't be attracted by brands as they cheat too like this one.
i am telling what i saw and feel....not any personal matter.
they will give you food at the end of your trial like beggars.
Cheaters, nonpaid trial, good reviews are by their own team to encourage people to come to them and get cheated.
