Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer
Customers Assistant (Current Employee) – London – 5 October 2018
Really enjoyed it, friendly staff and environment. however alot of pressure can be out on you. The way is really good and it is an overall good company to work for with a lot of benefits for the staff. They also take care of customers I must say.
Typical day at work was challenging but rewarding. Management were good but always expected you to break you back for the company when they were not willing to do the same. It was rewarding because all the employees were lovely and of a very high standard so recognised hard work and praised each other. Your confidence grew a lot in M&S as they expect you to make the customers experience as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
