My Time With Sodexo's Pros and Cons!

I feel raises should be distributed on a more timely basis! Also, employees deserve an increase in incentive programs or opportunities! Innumerable, Sodexo employees, including myself, feel cheated! We are not being paid according to work performance, tenure or dedication. At monthly meetings, the information mimics that of prior meetings; however, the topic of raises are rare! On a positive note, Sodexo does offer paid vacations, sick leave ... other time off privileges due to extenuating circumstances. Honestly, I enjoy my work assignment's location, an elementary school, maintaining Sodexo's belief that employee and client should possess a tight-knit, professional relationship. Indeed, both parties should have open communication and daily feedback! My job is only as difficult as one makes it! A positive attitude ... perpectual desire for improvement in work performance, proves beneficial for not only myself but Sodexo as well! In my 1 year employment with Sodexo, I have attained improved people skills, patience, and positive values!
Paid vacation ... sick days.
Lack of wages ... shortage of employees.
