Decent beginning for if you are 16.

A decent start to working. I got this job when I was 16 and it was a good way of earning some money. A typical day was me mainly working in the kitchen, supplying and making the customers food.
I learned speed and time management doing an on the ball job.
The management was at best okay. It was slightly disorganised and that would cause to make the day even harder. The hardest part of the job is working through the GAP times. I.E breakfast time, lunch time e.t.c. This is when it is most busy.
The workplace culture is mostly filled with younger people, which is a welcoming sight to a young person just getting their first job.
It's good interacting with them, and you make a few friends along the way.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the fast pace of it all. It keeps you on your feet and it can be really fun some times.
Nice staff, free lunches, flexible hours.
Rather fast, occasionally disorganised and makes the job much harder.
