If you are looking for a job then it will do, if you are looking for a career then forget about it.

I have worked for Sodexo Justice Services for nearly 5 years now and throughout that time I haven't had many good things to say about the company. The pay is low, in comparison to others, and although they advertise many benefits, when you boil down to it there aren't that many that you would actually take advantage of.
The job security is excellent, security that you wouldn't get with many companies however if you are working for advancement then SJS isn't for you as there is very little in the way of promotion, regardless of how good at your job you perceive yourself to be.
For a short term fix or to build experience to move elsewhere, SJS is ideal. Anything other than that, look to work elsewhere.
Job Security, Gym, Free Meals
Continually changing rotas, under staffed, poor staff retention
