Typical days were internal or external meetings; frequent trainings as well. I learned a lot about the print industry. I had two managers in my tenure there and both were great leaders and I was actually sorry to leave them. The workplace culture was one that changed a lot as the company changed a lot. The upper management changed things so often that it was difficult sometimes to communicate those extremely frequent changes to the end user which was also the hardest part of the job. I enjoy my job when I get to interact with people and can be a part of the "bigger picture".
Compensation was good; job was challenging but fun
Ricoh was unstable and flimsy to work for. I started the 1st of the year, by April, the compensation package changed drastically. The management was cruel, and nasty to the other Executives who were not achieving plan.
They fed us at least once per week.
The comp packages continuously changed for the worse.
