was a nice place to work and the pay was great just wasnt the job for me. the benefits wher amazing and the staff where great people i just didnt enjoy being on the phone all day i couldnt handle the stress

Overall the company was good to work for at the start. Then the more people the company was recruiting the worse they were at looking after their employees. I also think that it is turning into more of a call centre than helping customers. I do not wish to work in a call centre as busy as it was.

Worked through Manpower for BT. You have to be there 18 months with BT before you will be considered for a BT contract. Very easy to be out the door if not BT staff. They do try to keep it fun, charity events, food fridays etc. Load of complaints have to be dealt with on that line.
