A typical day at work consists of me taking inbound calls to customer experiencing any problems that they have with their debit cards or their debit card accounts - this could be anything from ATM disputes, fraud disputes, not recognised cases, faulty/damaged debit cards or customers wanting to dispute companies for damaged good, or non receipt of goods. I also deal with any customer complaints that they may have; this being anything from bad customer service or bank procedures.
I really enjoy my job as it can be challenging having to deal with customers in a respectful and reassuring manner when the customer may be experiencing problems that may be distressing. I love the customer service aspect of my job and knowing that I am in some way helping customer with any problems that they may have. I also enjoy communicating with a large variety of different people from all walks of life.
