Maybe you wanna think again.
Chef (Former Employee) – North-west, ENG – 11 September 2014
I left a job that I was doing weekend shift work to go to premier inn as that is the industry I had studied for and to work just during the week. Wished I really had stayed there!! Ha
Poor place to work is not the word,
Wages was messed up
No breaks in 6hr shift's
Finishing a midnight and expected to be back in a 6am next day.
They advertise a good place of work as they all work together as a team and all have fun.
If you have other commitments premier inn is not the place to work cause as they did say was you have to move with the business, basically you don't need a personal life.
Some benifits, reasonable hour rate
Long hours, no breaks, lack of organisation, no social life, can't plan anything for yourself, underpaid
