The nature of this business is that it is constantly changing, no day can be categorised as a "typical day at work" because every day is different. Working for ALDI has given me an insight into working efficiently to meet deadlines and constantly improving performance. I feel that I have strongly developed my people management skills, including performance management and coaching. The hardest part of the job is running the store to be as efficient as possible, including everything from labour costs to price changes . The most enjoyable part of the job are the company benefits and salary.
