- Ideally, you will have Personal Assistant/Administrative experience.

- Managing and organising inboxes, very busy diaries and providing admistrative support.
- Liaising with external client in a professional manner.
- Key duties: Hugely demanding calendar and stakeholder management as well as strategic support.
- Extensive and highly complex travel coordination.
- You will have contact with clients and will a point of contact for them, chasing any outstanding information and providing regular updates to the clients.
- Diary management and arranging meetings.
- Previous EA or PA experience, ideally 5+ years.
- Ideally experience within professional / financial services.
£32,000 a year
- Maintaining regular contact with clients, building great business relationships and winning referrals for fee earning teams.
- Size of the business: Mid sized.
- Background and experience: Must have professional services background, stable experience and ideally a degree or equivilent.
- Organising travel arrangements and visas locally and globally.
- Organising events in line with budget requirements.
- Assisting with presentations and minutes.
