Exponential increase in qualified candidates for key positions
In just six months, ECI Healthcare Partners saw a striking increase in the number of qualified candidates applying for positions with its client facilities. “Indeed drives three times more traffic to our site than the next recruitment media outlet and more than 10 times the number of exceptional professional leads,” Royal said.
Nine months into the campaign, ECI Healthcare Partners saw jobseeker clicks to their website increase by an average of 332 percent. “Indeed’s ability to update positions without tapping our team for resources is great, and so is their performance,” Royal said. “They’re driving so many high-quality leads to our recruiters that, next year, we’re considering cutting some niche boards.”
